Stretch Technique Acrobatics

This is the class where we see the most improvements. During this class, students will learn to properly execute: somersaults, handstands, cartwheels,walkovers and aerials all while building core strength and upper and lower body strength.  watch your flexibility increase and all other areas of dance will follow
